Dear Orbit is the commercial brand of a web-based personalized interactive-gifting platform operated by an individual based in Egypt. These terms explain use of the platform; the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy explain data handling and purchase support.
What Dear Orbit provides
Choose from 18 experiences and personalize your gift with messages, memories, photographs, music and interactive elements. Creating and previewing are free. A one-time payment authorizes publication of one personalized experience as an unlisted shareable link. No physical product is shipped, and there is no subscription or recurring charge. Prices and publication
The approved one-time prices are USD $3.99, EUR €3.99 and EGP 65. Country-based pricing is displayed before checkout. The checkout shows the applicable currency, taxes and final total before a purchase is confirmed.
Publication access depends on a verified payment or another valid publication entitlement. A browser return or success message alone is not payment confirmation. Live checkout is currently disabled while payment-provider approval is completed. Paymob is not yet available.
Purchases through Paddle
When available for an eligible international purchase, Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and authorized reseller. Its Buyer Terms govern the purchase from Paddle; these terms govern your use of Dear Orbit. Refunds and statutory rights are described in our Refund Policy and Paddle’s applicable policies.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in details secure. Upload only content you own or have permission to use, including permission from people whose images or personal information you share. You retain your rights in your content and permit Dear Orbit and the service providers used to run it to process, store and display that content to provide the experience you request.
Do not use Dear Orbit for unlawful content, harassment, impersonation, fraud, phishing, infringement or unwanted contact. We may restrict content or access where needed to address misuse, security issues or legal requirements. Contact us to report a concern.
Sharing, changes and deletion
Published links are unlisted, not password protected. Anyone who has a link can open it and may forward it. Do not include content that you would not want a link holder to see.
Publishing creates a snapshot. Draft edits appear on the shared experience only when you republish. You can unpublish or delete creations from your dashboard. Unpublishing stops access through the active link; it cannot retrieve copies already saved by recipients. A confirmed refund can revoke the associated publication.
Availability and your rights
Dear Orbit does not promise permanent hosting, uninterrupted availability or lifetime access. Features and availability can change. Keep your own copies of photographs and messages.
Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies, including rights where a paid product is faulty, not as described or not supplied. Contact support if you cannot access what you purchased. Future terms changes will be posted here; they do not remove rights that apply to an earlier purchase.
