Dear Orbit offers personalized digital experiences only. There are no parcels, couriers, physical shipping fees or physical deliveries.
How your experience is delivered
Choose an experience, personalize it and preview it for free. Once a purchase is successfully confirmed by the payment provider (or a valid publication credit is used), you can publish your finished creation and receive its unlisted sharing link in your account dashboard.
You can copy the link or share it with your intended recipient. Transactional email delivery may also be offered where configured; your dashboard and the published link are the primary access methods. Recipients can open the link in a compatible web browser without downloading an app.
Delivery timing and access
A publication link is normally available after payment verification and successful publication. Network problems, payment reviews or technical issues may delay delivery; a payment redirect alone does not confirm a successful payment.
If you paid but cannot publish or access your experience, contact support with your account email and transaction reference. Do not send a card number or password.
Link privacy, revisions and retention
Published links are unlisted, not password protected. Anyone holding the link may view and forward it. Draft changes require republishing before they appear on the live link. You can unpublish from your dashboard.
